Here is a timeline of different parts of your wedding day and how we can help you:
This is your magic moment & we can plan the right music to really set the scene as well as play the entrance and exit tracks at the right points. We use good quality sound and DJ equipment and can also install microphones so that the whole ceremony is audible for your guests, especially the hard of hearing.
Your drinks reception is the perfect time for you and your guests to relax and enjoy each other company. We can provide custom background music track list. We can also provide LED uplighting (to any colour), a personalised interactive slideshow and ‘your name in lights’.
We are on hand all day to assist not only yourselves but also your guests. Commonly this will be directing them to various areas of the venue. We also help with the photography, which often includes finding the right people for formal shots or setting up the group shot.
A receiving line is when you greet and say hello to all your guests. This is of course your choice, but it is a good way to talk to every member of your wedding as you may not know all your guests. It is also a nice way to get everyone seated for your grand entrance.
The grand entrance to the wedding breakfast is your big moment! This is often after a brief story of your relationship leading to then and includes a track of your choice. This can be customised to your specific requirements and also themed to your wedding!
Music & Lighting
We can provide customised background music equally dispersed throughout your wedding breakfast room as well as LED uplighting & ‘your name in lights’ to really add that personal touch.
Speeches & Toasts
We will also make sure that the hard work that goes into writing a speech is received on the day by welcoming each speaker with a personalised introduction. We can then congratulate them and also you as the happy couple. We have a range of personalised options to end the wedding breakfast & UHF wireless microphones as a good speech can be ruined if your guests can’t hear it properly!
Your first dance is a magical romantic moment that should be cherished & we are very good at getting everything organised to make it look like it ‘just happened that way’. You first dance will often also include the cake cut & father daughter. We also provide the magical ‘dance on the clouds’ and mirror ball optional extras, which makes its truly magical.
This is the time to take in the whole day and really let yourself go! You can personalise your whole nights music list and we go in to great detail as well as take request on the night. We also provide a Photo Booth for added fun packed entertainment and a moment for you to add to your special day.
We take great pride in making sure that your wedding ends with a bang and does not fizzle out, by planning this with you and making sure that everyone is on board on the lead up to this moment. Venues tend to have strict end times, so we often finish with a good 10-15 mins to spare and then do one awesome finale, leaving you and your guests in high spirits.
