My thoughts are with you if your wedding has been cancelled or the venue has shut down, it must be very upsetting for you to have to cancel or move such a special date. In this trying time, as a small business owner I am facing quite a challenge, but I am doing my best to assist all my clients in a sensible & calm manner.
So far, everyone in the wedding industry has been very positive and I hope that all the venues and suppliers can bounce back soon. It seems that most venues are very happy to swap wedding dates with no extra fee, so that’s very good news.
My business will carry on as usual so I will be in constant contact with you when needed. My Terms and conditions remain the same as does my cancellation policy, but I am dealing with each cancellation or transfer on an individual basis and offering as much help and assistance as I can.
I have thought long and hard about the situation and I have decided to ask for 50% of your balance to help pay the bills. I have also added a really great offer for any upgrades over £300 – see below.
