DJ Colin:
Colin was brought up in a family with a passion for music and really wide musical tastes. There would always be music playing in the house, never the TV. His Dad was a fan of swing, Rat Pack and Rock n Roll while his Mum liked classical and operatic music.This love of music was in his blood.
He listened and taped the charts throughout his childhood and started experimenting with music as a bedroom DJ. His first public DJ appearances where playing Soul and Disco nights at college in the early 80’s. He kept this up even when he started his career and started covering other parties and weddings as required.
This has developed through the years to the point where he was invited to join the HDA (Hampshire DJ Alliance). He still looks to improve by working alongside other Djs to the point where he has taken to covering evenings for colleagues in nightclubs. It is his love and passion for music alongside the pleasure of seeing people enjoying themselves that has shaped his career as a DJ.
Nowadays Colin runs a RCF column speaker system, a much more discrete version of systems used in stadium performances. His booth is classy and can be lit in any colour to suit your event. He offers uplighting, ceremony music and PA hire too.
